Rest in Peace J.D. Salinger. He passed away last week at the age of 91, leaving behind a legacy that will continue for generations to come. The Catcher in the Rye, Franny&Zooey, it must be so fulfilling to create something larger than yourself that lasts after you are gone in such a concrete manner. This is one of my favorite quotes from one of my favorite characters, brooding Holden will forever be one of my girlhood crushes!
