I thought this article was interesting, especially since the number 1 mispronounced food word is "Bruschetta" which is pronounced broo-SKEH-tah and not broo-SHEH-tah. I found this out when I was ordering it while I was studying abroad in Florence and was shocked, shocked!, when I realized I had been pronouncing it wrong for the past 20 years of my life.
