to my wife
I am truly, madly, deeply obsessed with this new Tumblr I found - entitled To My Wife. They are notes from a current bachelor to his future wife, and I find myself checking this daily becuase the notes are so sweet, hilarious, and thoughtful all at the same time. Now this is what true romance looks like. Mr. ToMyWife - look no further, here I am.

only fools rush in

Remember those days in elementary school when you had to memorize poems, verses, and really just snippets of knowledge? I think that's a forgotten art, and I stumbled upon this quote that reminded me how nice it was to hold words close to your heart.
"I must learn to love the fool in me--the one who feels too much, talks too much, takes too many chances, wins sometimes and loses often, lacks self-control, loves and hates, hurts and gets hurt, promises and breaks promises, laughs and cries. It alone protects me against that utterly self-controlled, masterful tyrant whom I also harbor and who would rob me of human aliveness, humility, and dignity but for my fool." -- Theodore I. Rubin
