Yearning for Paris!  Can't stop myself from daydreaming of all of the adventures I would have traipsing around town with my wicker basket filled with Laudree macrons.  Contemplating when I can take my next trip there...it must be in the spring or summer so I can pay a visit to Monet's gardens!  Oh Paris (read: pear-ee), how I miss thee.

Amazing how iPhone's have completely changed documenting your travels, isn't it? I still prefer my SLR but these photographs from RiflePaper have me thinking twice.

These photographs of Swedish model Agnes Madsen are brightening my day.  She's in the latest collection of Ina Soltani, featured on one of my favorite blogs- the ever fabulous Bardot in Blue.  Dress up sessions always make a girl feel better, probably more so when you're strolling the streets of France!

I found a new obsession: the blog Paris vs. New York- a tale of two cities.  A big surprise since it concerns my absolute favorite two cities in the world.  I thought this would be relevant since I mentioned the fabulous Carrie Brandshaw in yesterday's post.  I can't get enough of these graphics, definitely bookmarked!

It's been far too long since I've been able to savor a baguette, croissant, and cafe au lait in the streets of Paris and I desperately want to go back. I got a brief reprieve in Seattle when my mother stumbled upon her favorite bakery Le Panier, that sold the most delicious pastries and loaves of bread.  The almond croissant was particularly mind blowingly good.  And it was as authentically French as you could get on the west coast! If you ever pay a visit to Seattle you must go there, it is located right off of Pike Market, and have a large cup of coffee! Strong enough to give you the jitters but well worth it for the taste.

I adore the new opening J.Crew video. They use a French folk ditty and pair with Parisian influenced clothes, c'est magnifique!

Why the rest of us mere mortals sit around twiddling our thumbs in this gloomy excuse for summer, Blair & Serena have gone from the City that Never Sleeps to the City of Lights, Paris! Doesn't it just look lovely there? What I would give to be traipsing around there. I love their summer style, French Riviera meets Parisian chic. After that cliff hanger of a season finale (I am one hundred percent convinced Chuck lives to see another day...) I can't wait to see what's in store! Especially if it includes these mysterious new French men. Enchanté!

I am in love with this new blog I found bardot in blue. It feeds my obsession with all things Parisian, a place of endless macrons and cafés, gardens and museums, all in hazy blue light that lends romance from another era.

What I would give to be sitting perched up on one of these rooftops, surrounded by bright red chimneys, with a glass of wine overlooking all of Paris? Everything. I am in love with this Parisian rooftop print. It makes me miss the City of Lights so very much!

Hervé Pierre’s, the creative director of Carolina Herrera, New York apartment looks like it's located straight off one of the bends in cobble stoned Paris. His impeccable taste stems from growing up in France, the macaroons are from the legendary Ladurée. I want some NOW! Oh and that frame? Hand constructed by Pierre with cardboard and paper over the course of two years!
