Celebrity Wedding: Roselyn Sánchez & Eric Winter
Three months after running into Sánchez at an L.A. party in 2005, Winter says, "It finally crossed my mind to ask her out." Their sushi dinner went well, so the next date was an entire weekend away in Mammoth Lakes, Calif.Winter popped the question on a midnight kayak ride through a bioluminescent bay in Puerto Rico in December 2007. "I was petrified she would drop the ring," he says. "It never left the box. She accepted; I shut the box and told her she could see it again on land."
