i want these pumpkin cream cheese frosting cupcakes now! thanksgiving is coming up and for those (insane) of you who don't cherish pumpkin pie like i do (yes, my mother would bake me my own personal pie so i could eat out of the pan with a fork. no, i am not embarassed, it's THAT good) these are a yummy alternative! and who can say no to cream cheese frosting? the smell of pumpkin anything makes my mouth water immediately and reminds me of the holidays.
