butternut squash tortellini



I love butternut squash, it's so rich and melts in your mouth. Butternut Squash Tortellini topped with brown butter sauce (drool), walnuts, sage, and dried cranberries looks savory and delicious, perfect for a cold evening if you have the time. The recipe looks a little intensive and long but I'm sure it will be worth it! Nothing is better than homemade pasta.
